GOEX CEO Josh Gray Retiring
After four decades of visionary leadership, GOEX Corporation announces the retirement of CEO Josh Gray, marking the close of an extraordinary chapter in our history. From his first days in Production Engineering to the pinnacle of his career as CEO, Josh’s dedication has helped shape GOEX into an industry leader in custom plastic sheet extrusion.
Josh’s impact at GOEX, beginning as part of Prent Corporation on Foster Avenue in Janesville, WI has been nothing short of transformative. He led the company through a period of substantial growth, including a move to a state-of-the-art facility in Janesville and the opening of a second location in Cedar City, UT. His commitment to innovation and sustainability has brought cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, advanced recycling programs, and a host of eco-friendly products that align with global environmental goals.
“From the very start, Josh's unwavering dedication has inspired generations within our company and across the entire industry,” said Joe Pregont, GOEX Chairman. Phil Quade, GOEX's Director of Process Engineering and colleague of more than 34 years, echoed this sentiment: “Josh’s deep understanding of every level of the business, gained through firsthand experience—has made him not just a strategic leader, but a trusted mentor and role model.”
Beyond his corporate contributions, Josh has championed local workforce development by fostering partnerships with schools and technical colleges, creating opportunities for the next generation of manufacturers. His leadership also extended into the community, where he supported numerous local charities and initiatives.
Under Josh's leadership, GOEX has grown to be a trusted supply partner across multiple sectors—medical packaging, food packaging, and high-quality print-on-plastic—while upholding values like integrity, quality, and commitment to people. His legacy is truly one of innovation, mentorship, and resilience.
As Josh steps into retirement, GOEX moves forward with a solid foundation and a leadership team shaped by his vision. We wish him a future filled with joy, health, and well-deserved relaxation.
Thank you, Josh, for making the past 40 years so impactful—for GOEX, for Janesville, and for everyone fortunate enough to work alongside you.
