A Matter of Principles

ISO 9001:2015 certification authenticates the high quality standards of GOEX. The goal of any organization is to provide excellent quality products and services to its customers to earn their loyalty and repeat business. In addition, it is traditionally understood that organizations possessing ISO certifications are concerned with organizational improvement.

To that end, GOEX has applied seven quality management principles that the ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on:

  4. Process Approach - assuring the activities that make up a process are related, organized and work towards a common goal- to create results your customers care about.
  5. Improvement - making a plan for continuous improvement of products, services and processes. Identifying opportunities and implementing changes to make a difference going forward.
  6. Evidence-Based Decision-Making - evaluating and prioritizing options to make informed decisions based on analysis not opinions. Balancing data analysis with practical experience.
  7. Relationship Management - sharing expertise, resources, information and plans with partners. Collaborating on improvement to create value for the customer.
