This fall marks the opening of our new manufacturing location in Cedar City, Utah. After months of planning, preparation, construction, installation of new equipment, and hiring team members, we are extruding plastic at a second location for the first time in our history.
Consistency is key
This new facility is a place that embodies the attention to detail we exemplify in Janesville, WI (our headquarters). This allows us to have a seamless transition across manufacturing sites while mirroring our existing operating platform.
One of the things we are most proud to continue to bring to the industry is the quality assurance that has been a part of our DNA since our start more than 30 years ago.
Minding our Ps and Qs
An important part of our QA focus, equipment validation is essential to producing consistent, high-quality plastic sheet. One of the key sets of protocols within equipment validation for FDA-regulated industries like ours is:

From the get-go
Kicking off the line up of quality plastic we will be extruding is rPETG. GOEX is a prime supplier of this recycled PETG made with up to 100% recycled content. As part of our RE•COVER™ program, this material incorporates recycled content into the core while still maintaining the familiar performance characteristics of PETG.
Well-rounded
Just as in Janesville, our new facility will extrude a variety of products including Polyesters, Poly-propylene and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS).
