Continuing the Legacy
Building on the strengths of a third-generation business, Michael Pregont has been promoted to President/ Chief Operating Officer of GOEX Corporation and stands ready to continue shaping GOEX’s values, traditions, and long-term perspective. Following in the footsteps of his family’s commitment to leadership and growth, Michael has set his sights on the success of operations, employees, and customers alike.

Michael graduated from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and General Management. His education provides a solid foundation to help develop our organization successfully.
Upon graduation, Michael joined GOEX and worked in multiple areas within Manufacturing. This firsthand experience has served Michael well in understanding all positions within our
company and the efforts being asked of each of our Production employees day in and day out.
Michael then moved into a Medical Sales Account Manager role with GOEX, where he worked directly with medical device manufacturers to ensure proper material selection for their packaging. He was also instrumental in expanding this market space for GOEX and provided great value to our customers from concept to commercialization.
All along, Michael continued learning and evolving as a key leader and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations of GOEX in 2021. In this role, Michael focused on driving operational efficiencies, process improvements, and new product development.
Michael was also an instrumental part of the team responsible for the site selection, planning and opening of our second manufacturing site in Cedar City, UT.
